Cancellation policy:
You're welcome to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee — with flexibility for flare-ups, illness, or emergencies, because that's just life with a chronic condition.

Get Ready for Your Online Therapy Session
Once your all booked in make sure you’ve filled in the forms for and have your payment info in the system to pay for your online therapy session.
Setting: You can do online therapy at home, at the office, in the car, you name it. Just make sure that you’re in a private space as it’s confidential, somewhere you can speak freely, you’re in the camera frame with a stable internet connection, and a device with a good battery charge.
Allow an extra five or ten minutes before the virtual counselling session to try out the encrypted platform and get comfortable with it. This will allow you to test your audio and video ahead of time and will enable you to get the most out of your virtual session.
