• Connection Video Call - 15 minutes @ C$0.00, Online/Video chat. Emily supports individuals virtually in British Columbia and Alberta. This call gives you the opportunity for you to learn more about how we at The Nourish Collective can support you and be sure it is a good fit before booking an initial session
• Initial Session - 1 hour 30 minutes @ C$225.00, Online/Video chat. We honour that our initial session together may be the first time you are sharing your food and body story with another human. Our intention is to offer a compassionate and affirming space for you to land and feel supported through your journey. This includes exploring the parts of your food and body story that you’re ready to share. We will also discuss the level of support you need and what you are hoping to get out of our work together.
• Follow Up Session - 1 hour @ C$165.00, Online/Video chat
In these sessions, we will learn and unlearn together. We will work to understand what barriers exist in you being able to have a more peaceful relationship with food and body, and will work through these barriers together at a pace that honours your capacity. Through this process, we aim to help you nourish yourself in a way that comes with more peace and ease.

Translating outcomes (ECHO) is a research program led by Dr. Dr. Shannon Scott and housed at the University of Alberta, Faculty of Nursing.
Simply put, KT is the process of taking information from reliable, evidence-based research and presenting it into a user-friendly form for everyone to understand. The goal of our work is to include and engage parents throughout this process.

Pain Support and Wellness Groups, which bring together people living with pain in a safe, welcoming and confidential online space to support each other while learning new pain management skills. This resource page and shop is all about helping you get the resources you need when you need them. If you don’t have time for therapy sessions going through a workbook or a course developed by a Registered Clinical Counsellor can be a great option.
