This call gives you the opportunity for you to learn more about how we at The Nourish Collective can support you and be sure it is a good fit before booking an initial session

    • Initial Session - 1 hour 30 minutes @ C$225.00, Online/Video chat. We honour that our initial session together may be the first time you are sharing your food and body story with another human.     In these sessions, we will learn and unlearn together.
